We are a small batch coffee roaster in the beautiful town of Maupin, Oregon. Dark roast, smooth as it gets and custom created for you.
PORTLAND DELIVERY & MAUPIN PICK UPS
We currently deliver in Portland city limits on Friday’s.
Ordering cut off for delivery is 10am on THURSDAY.
Chose the ‘pick up’ option when ordering and confirm your delivery address, we will deliver to your door.

We custom roast your favorite beans daily. Air roasting in small batches ensures a deep, intense perfect level of richness and complexity.
What’s the deal with air roasting?
Most roasters don’t do air roasting because you can’t do big batches like you can in a drum roaster. The sweet thing about air roasting in small-batches is the level of control we have with our beans. We are small enough that you can ask for an 8/10 roast, and once we have your profile set, then that’s exactly what you’ll get, every single time.
We get a smooth, dark roast that doesn't taste burnt. Pretty sweet.
